Pros
The training is good. The experience gained is invaluable. I have learnt more in this job than any preciously. Treated fairly with regards to salary. Exposure to global experience and knowledge. This is a great company if you are achieving well.
Cons
A very activities driven environment. Not flexible with regards to recruitment workflow processes and how the day is structured. Very structured environment. Lack of sales initiatives and money spent on client relationship building and team building.
