Pros
Free and friendly working environment, everyone has the right to raise voice and give ideas. There is no barrier between managers and subordinates. The company culture was cooperative rather than competitive compared to other firms. High work ethics.
Cons
No clear development path for employees, the environment was not multicultural as an MNC should have. No clear vision/ development strategies in Vietnam market. The company didn't take advantage of its MNC benefit: there is no strong correlation among the offices in different countries. There is only 2 male employees in the office. ^^"
