      Pros

      Very "people oriented." They pay well, have people-friendly policies and hold people accountable (usually).

      Cons

      It's a really, really big company and that sometimes results in conflicting guidance or uncertainty within the matrix of functional vs. geographic management.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
