Pros
£8.50 an hours so that's better than a lot of companies in the northeast. You can also get bonus for selling. Some of the BT management are really nice and supportive.
Cons
It's an agency. No sick pay. Not great at communications. Maternity allowence is bad too. They will even dock your wages if you have a hospital appointment for 3 hours. BT itself is a better company to work for. But it's a call centre so even going to the toilet during the time you are meant to be logged on and taking calls goes against you.
