      Manpower - Understand your needs, great work / life balance, very flexible and understanding. They actually care and want what is best for you

      Cons

      I really don't think there is many cons. Manpower is a global company so changing things are not so simple and not so quick.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
