      Pros

      The money, it takes working overtime to get that and I mean sixty hours or more.

      Cons

      Manpower changes its rules on a dime. If you work yourself to death they like it. The minute it doesnt work for them forget it. No matter how much youve already done for them. They dont care about the person its all about them.

      Loading own hrs online. Some people are not good on computers

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
