Pros

They pay reasonably well for the level of work, good central location in Canterbury, so easily commutable by public transport.

Cons

Unsocial shifts with no flexibility. Ridiculously high staff turnover, so they don't value their current employees. They claim that there is a lot of career progression but only if you want to apply for a job at BT in London, which isn't ideal when you live in Canterbury. Newer employees are offered a higher hourly rate of pay than current employees but they don't increase the current employees wages.

Pros

The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

Cons

The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
