      Pros

      Good initial contact, but no follow-up! When in tried to call back for my scheduled phone appointment, I was told to call back tomorrow!

      Cons

      Bad Customer Service. Doesn't resolve issues. Doesn't offer to help Customer's when they call back for follow-up. Also, the company needs to improve overall customer service.
