Pros
It’s a very flexible and straightforward process and employment. It’s also a very simple way to connect to a diverse pool of jobs and roles that are in turn exposed to different industries. Quite good fit for students!
Cons
This is only a con depending on your own expectations, but at the end of the day you are a consultant, and a bigger corporation is “earning” from your employment at their client. No matter time or loyalty should you expect to be able to get a generous pay raise.
