      Pros

      - Very good welcoming kit - Friendly colleagues - Top management are very well quipped and provide very good guidance - Loved the fact that my boss told me to strictly leave at 5pm to go have my work/life balance and encouraged my teammates to do the same

      Cons

      With the processes, everything is very closely monitored, so there isn't really room for mistakes. Not particularly a con, but just a fair warning to others to not take it too hard on yourselves. Just be better and work more systematically.

      Planning organizing and creating memorable experiences while working with hotels/venues across the country and putting together events/trips from 10k to 50k

      Cons

      Highly stressful contractual deadlines which can be hard to complete as a 3rd party contractor between client and hotel/venues booked
