If you reach targets and index (really high set goals) you can earn good money and get a team manager position within a short time. Good platform to gain knowledge about business.
Cons
I have been working at different companies and this company is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Everything is managed from the top management at the HQ in Helsinki. They attract you with a young culture and fancy titles, but it's all about cold-calling all week long and team managers who leads people with micro-management. The goal is to call about 1000 cold calls per week and get companies to buy or register delegates to every price. If you have one week of low scores you will know it. I regret so much that I stayed at the company for almost 3 years.
