      Pros

      - Skill development - Internal growth opportunities - On target earnings are great - Many bonus days - Nice incentives - Culture of nice ambitious people that also love to celebrate If you have a growth mindset and willing to work hard this is the place to be. If you do not value work high in life, I would not apply. This is a high paced organization what can be perceived for some people as nice (after getting the hang of it) and some people it does not work.

      Cons

      - For some reason these teams start very early in the morning. I am used to it now but it took me 6 years.

      Pros

      Planning organizing and creating memorable experiences while working with hotels/venues across the country and putting together events/trips from 10k to 50k

      Cons

      Highly stressful contractual deadlines which can be hard to complete as a 3rd party contractor between client and hotel/venues booked
