      Organizational structure often keeps changing which opens positions for people who seek fast growth. There is always enough work and problems at hand that need innovative solutions

      Cons

      Currently the leadership is focusing less on core engineering. Rather the focus is on making its mark with as many projects as possible.

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
