Pros

- Competitive pay for employees - The usual perks of being in a big company

Cons

- COVID guidelines are NOT followed Masks are "required" for everyone, but it is not enforced so people never wear them. People lie on the self-screen survey or just refuse to fill it out constantly with no repercussions, because there is an extreme pressure to always be in-office and not take time off even if you're sick. Employees will come in and list all the COVID symptoms they're experiencing, and follow it up with "but it's not COVID, so I'm not even going to bother getting tested!" Supervisors will literally tell you that if you're vaccinated and don't have an 100% confirmed exposure, it's fine to come to work sick. - Terrible micromanagement from supervisors - No matter how much you prove you have good work ethic, it still feels like you have to track and justify every minute of every day - Zero concept of life/work balance. Hope you like your boss calling you outside of work hours... - Need a day off? You're pressured to work from home. Need to work from home? You're pressured to come in. - Company culture just isn't good. People constantly complain that they feel underpaid, micromanaged, and unhappy.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits were pretty good.

Cons

They matched GM's schedule and daily numbers which is fine if you're willing to work but it's a teamwork environment and always someone either not pulling their weight or something breaking down or I.T. issues makes 8hr days 10-12hr days OR car sells slow and you barely get 4-6hrs daily. There's no normal/smooth days or family life.
