Pros
Good professional development to start at. Don't stay for longer than a year or two - you will be stuck in retail stores.
Cons
No work life balance, Associates are all angry, senior leadership play favorites. HR doesn't help managers at all - they care more about their metrics than store performance. They're so many senior leadership visits you don't have time to care about your metrics. You want to focus on developing your team but you have a DVP visit, RVP visit, prototype, regional meetings, etc.
