      Pros

      A great organization to work for. They allow for flexibility in relation to hybrid working. I had a great working relationship with my team and especially my boss who always encouraged me to learn more and progress my skills and knowledge.

      Cons

      The only negative was that the annual salary was 20% lower than what I was offered elsewhere for a similar role.

      Where to even start. Management share confidential information with their pals in the team. Little flexibility with leave over summer, large team but only 2 allowed off, is it any wonder people are off with strss?Very much a if your face fits department and mine certainly did not.
