I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MDDUS (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
1 competency based interview with an exercise. Questions were the usual CBI type, presential as they don't like Teams interviews. Good to go to their office and have a feel for the place and people. After the CBI I was invited to go over for a coffee chat with someone that would be my colleague, and someone from a different department. I was quite straightforward.

Experience and examples dealing with day to day tasks
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MDDUS (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
They were such lovely people, made me feel comfortable despite it being a difficult interview. I liked the questions they asked, it felt like they really valued candidates who have a genuine interest in medical law/clinical negligence. If you are looking to apply for this company, I definitely recommend having an inherent love for the field.
