The company offers some fantastic benefits – from generous leave to healthcare options – and genuinely invests in the wellbeing of its staff. The office space itself is modern, well-equipped, and a great environment to work in. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it a comfortable and collaborative place. Company events are another standout – well-organised, fun, and a great way to connect with colleagues across teams. There's a strong sense of community and the culture feels welcoming and inclusive. Overall though, MDDUS is a great organisation to be part of, with a lot of positives and a promising direction for the future.
Cons
If I had to point out areas for improvement, the desk booking system could be a bit more user-friendly and flexible. Additionally, while remote working is promoted, in practice it sometimes feels a bit overstated, and more flexibility in this area would be appreciated by many. Flat structure limits career opoortunities. Great place to start a career and also to end it.
