Pros

Great company mission, not Uber

Cons

Your entire experience depends on your team. When a manager or team member leaves, it's absolute chaos. I watched many great teams go from phenomenal to non-existent in 3 years. Higher ups love bringing in old Israelis. Constantly playing catch-up to Uber instead of having their own vision. No great perks compared to other companies. Salary laughable.

Pros

Meaningful projects. Good science community environment. Good work life balance.

Cons

Company's primary focus is still on ride-sharing business so stock price does not go up.

Pros

You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

Cons

They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
