      Pros

      All staff are treated the same and all get along. When help is needed, it's provided. Training was brilliant and in depth. Not having to force products onto customers is always a bonus, you just have to go with the flow (customer training helped a lot for this). Opportunity to stay on after Christmas. Bonus', wage, discount and rewards are all brilliant too!

      Cons

      The manager seems to think she is some form of God with a personality that has more sides than a pair of dice. She attempted to show me how to clean down an area, which resulted in her basically missing everything. I don't mind spending that extra 5 minutes to clean down properly and do an honest job.

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
