    Pros

A great place to work, diversified people and well mannered, Good management i will always work here but will miss them when i change my workplace

    Cons

No too much cons, the team leads are good, they actually work in teams and provide whatever material you need to do your work

    Advice to Management

They should keep employing people and increase there pay rate, it is a good company which doesn't look like a factory work

    Pros

Lots of training both in store and day long out of store workshops. Opportunities for advancement within company. Amazing products, amazing discount, bonus structure for all employees. I loved my time at Lush working for a company that cared about the environment, human welfare and of course their employees. Totally transparent and the upper managemebt /company owners are deeply involved and passionate.

    Cons

No full time employees in retail stores apart from management. No benefits package. Sales driven and inconsistent shifts and hours due to retail mall environment.

    Advice to Management

Keep caring about your staff you have done a wonderful job of this so far. A sucessful Lush emoloyee is passionate about you and your products so possibly making key holder positions full time with benefits would allow them to invest more and not have to split their focua between multiple jobs.
