      Free stuff. You'll smell good.

      Cons

      This company is a complete cult of personality. The products are ineffective at best and harmful at work (while I was at this company they pulled a product off shelf as it was testing positive for arsenic at their own labs) Then there is the culture. They pressure the employees to be overly pushy when it comes to sales. In my time at the company the amount of times I was looked over for promotion while they promoted newer staff was laughable.

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
