Cons
The cons are that they are using the above pros instead of paying staff for the job, they are expected to do (beyond the job description). A couple of the managers have created an atmosphere of making staff turn against each other in order to feel accomplished. Very gossipy atmosphere, which is not unusual for retail, but is very heightened in the Oxford Street store. No incentive to work. For an ethical brand, this store is not run ethically. No career progression. Everything and everyone there feels temporary.
