Pros
- It allows fresh graduates to try many different things and encourages them for career progression
Cons
- There is no career development plan once you reach a certain level of seniority - Lack of structure. Senior management works in a way intuitively. Barely any rationale. Thus the feedback being given is highly subjective, not constructive. - There is many training regarding to soft skill development but it reality it's hard to be adapted. This makes it a fake culture in overly highlighting acceptance, trust... - No hard skill training. Impossible to learn from a professional point of view.
