Management expects you to do their job for them and gives no thanks, instead the second you make a small mistake the manager forces you to quit (because they know they can’t fire you). Managers are very young and there is no HR or area managers so if your manager is doing something illegal, immoral, or unethical you have no one to report it to. If your manager doesn’t like you they cut your hours and put you on days they’re not in.
