      Pros

      There is great training where you learn all about the products and this information is really interesting. Also, you are encouraged to use the products so Lush give great discount and lots of freebies! The products are actually really lovely too so makes it nice to talk about to customers about them.

      Cons

      Can sometimes feel quite fake and strict. Some members of management would tell us off on the shop floor in front of customers (for saying hello to people we knew) which could be embarrassing.

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
