Work/life balance seems to be engrained in management's mind with multiple flexible working plans available to all employees.
Cons
Large company that sometimes has trouble adjusting to new circumstances in the workplace or to customer needs. So many processes and regulations to ensure conformity allow little flexibility for rapidly changing situations in the work environment.
