Pros
- Interesting projects (often in the radar and surveillance space) that other companies won't do or aren't authorized to do - Good job security - 3 days weekends year-round
Cons
- Management runs it like a hardware / manufacturing company, not a tech company - Not much innovation in software from what I've seen after being here a year - Off-site offices offer limited / no growth potential until at least a few years out of college. Very slow promotions. - 2-3% annual raises, not much else in terms of performance / promotions
