      Flexible work arrangements are possible / Work life balance is good Good group of people to work with and intelligent people to be surrounded by Benefits are great Ethical policies are fantastic and the company does follow their values when it comes treating others with respect

      Cons

      May stay stuck or be pigeon holed into a certain role/type of task for too long In a world of smart and hardworking people, some times, from time to time, there may be one or two folks who do nothing and somehow still get by.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
