      Pros

      There are some very stable long-term programs that operate out of the Syracuse area. The people in my group have been very easy to work with, and very supportive.

      Cons

      I'm unsure about the engineering processes from a company-wide perspective. I'm not sure if this has been allowed to slip over the past few years.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
