      Team/Coworkers PTO Managers don’t bother you and don’t know what you are working on (both pro and con)

      Inefficient for solving issues (floor and manufacturing) New hires are hired on and have to try to find work Managers don’t bother you and don’t know what you are working on (both pro and con) Managers hire people who are incompetent and lazy

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
