Pros
Wonderful company to work for! Awesome benefits, great culture, awesome projects, options for career growth. Worked there from mid-2013 to late 2014 (glassdoor system doesn't allow manual entry prior to 2020).
Cons
Some departments are unwilling to accommodate temporary medical restrictions with reduced hours (less than 6 months), which forces employees to either accept a demotion (with no guarantee of job position reinstatement) or resign. Accommodating medical restrictions is solely at the discretion of department heads with no checks & balances for the employee to discuss with corporate, even for proven high performing employees who exceed all KPIs.
