      Pros

      Above average salaries, good benefits, large company so your ability to move within the company once you are hired is quite easy compared to trying to get in from the outside.

      Cons

      The locations are not glamorous, office politics take a toll after awhile, management that have been there for many years play favorites, upward movement within some offices are challenging.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
