      Culture is excellent, work-life balance is well respected, and you will never stop learning being around some of the smartest people on the planet.

      Cons

      Investment practices of central corporate leadership are short sighted and realistically on track to tank the company long term. You will never have enough resources for your projects and all programs are struggling continuously because of non-competitive levels of investment driven by corporate.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
