      Pay is competitive. Benefits are reasonable. Working conditions are fair.

      Cons

      No one rewarded for achievement or held accountable for problems. Most promotions not based on ability or qualifications; rather quotas or fear of reprisals. Lack of concern for employees or their opinions. Lack of honest performance reviews and identified goals for advancement. Management through fear and retribution.

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
