      Pros

      For the most part, management supports technical and operational staff. Good benefits - 401K match, annual bonus, tuition reimbursement, etc.

      Cons

      Seems like senior leadership has come to value expertise less than before, instead favoring opinions and mindsets that are in agreement. Small sites have the "family" vibe. It works well if you fit in with a clique, otherwise you may be our of luck.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
