      Lockheed Martin grooms leadership well. Talent and drive are recognized, and employees are given fantastic development opportunities. The culture is great and continuously improving.

      Cons

      As a government contractor, technology and innovation may not be as agile as commercial environments. This could be considered a pro, for employees who enjoy the work-life balance.

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
