Lockheed's compensation package is top tier and the working conditions are fantastic.
Cons
The culture in this company still struggles when it comes to connecting to it's employees at the lowest levels to provide them with the opportunities to grow and succeed. Work life balance at certain locations can be problematic especially when in relation to hands on manufacturing.
