Pros
- Corporate culture - Team culture - 10x4 workweek (Fri. off, 3-day weekends are normal). - Processes, infrastructure are well-organized and sensible - Opportunities on many projects that shape the world for generations to come, both military and civil (peaceful).
Cons
- I'm a little sad that I don't get to work on that cool campus 10 minutes from here -- the one that's nestled in the foothills and looks like the snazzy headquarters of a Bond villain. I work on a core element of an extremely high-profile project. But for some reason my desk is in a 1-story bldg. that used to be a telemarketing call center (?) next to a Walmart.
