Pros
Benefits package is decent, used to be better, but they've taken things like Pensions away. Pay is decent, but slightly below industry averages. In general I'd recommend it.
Cons
You're just a #. Pay and Benefits have been reduced over the years. Pay is now below industry average for like positions at NGC. The only way to make a decent raise or get promoted is to move to a different position in the company
