      Pros

      The company does an awesome job at integrating their interns into projects and teams. I was welcomed very well and actually got to work on real tasks that the other engineers would work on.

      Cons

      The company is a little stingy in their pay and benefits. I continued to hear about better compensation in other software internships at other companies, but the experience does outway the benefits at times.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
