Very smart people, interesting projects, on the cutting edge of space
Cons
Very bureaucratic, nepotistic, and inflexible. So many layers of leadership, rife with gatekeepers and bootlickers. It's much easier to get ahead by looking smart and making the right friends than actually producing anything.
