      Lockheed Martin is the largest defense contractor in the world. It has many different types of projects with a lot of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive with Google, LinkedIn, Face Book, etc. Raises are small and it is easy to get lost in red tape and bureaucracy. Speak up and advocate for yourself, or you will get lost in the crowd.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
