Pros
Work environment is good. LM recognized as a leader - at least in Aerospace. LM is very process-oriented. LM values a diverse work population.
Cons
My comments only apply to LM IS&GS - not the other three sectors (Aerospace, etc.). LM is top-heavy with senior management - from the Director through the Sr. VP levels. Real bonuses are only paid-out at the Director level and above. Sr. Management fails to seriously consider those employees that really know the client. They are totally driven by the stock market - to the extent their decisions are not sound based on the given circumstances.
