      Good benefits, 3 day weekends, good 401k contribution and HSA inceptives

      Cons

      Culture is ok but I feel like north eastern LM employees are very much to themselves and you will struggle to make friends out of coworkers if you’re not familiar to the area Work/Life balance is mixed bag, I have experienced both good and bad experiences in 2 yrs. Depends on your team.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
