      - Meaningful/cool work on real military equipment - Ability to try all types of software

      Cons

      - You'll spend more time writing documents and accommodating security policies than actually developing - Don't expect to use any tech/languages < 5 years old - They tell you up front to not expect them to be a FAANG company and use that as an excuse for having zero culture

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
