Pros
good benefits, great company culture, competent colleagues, awesome technology and opportunities to make an impact. My current work is incredibly exciting and fulfilling.
Cons
the smaller production facilities offer little to no opportunities for engineers to actually do engineering. Culture at certain smaller facilities is absolutely atrocious-- clique-y, small town ignorance, "old guard" who refuse to accept any kind of change (e.g. progress or innovation).
