      The company has high integrity. The people are what make the job great. Front line managers make or break the job.

      Cons

      Work/life balance was off kilter. Company promoted work/life balance and then quietly back away from that jargon. Morale suffers when we can't spend time with our families and remember why we are working.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
