Business outlook
Pros
Its a big company - it can absorb bad years better than other smaller companies. They work hard to keep good employees. I've been very impressed with the quality of the management. Lockheed does a lot of cool stuff.
Cons
Business has been in a slump the last few years and there are much fewer opportunities for lateral or upward movement. Compensation is average at best. Lockheed is made up of several business groups, and all are not equal with compensation. (some get bonuses, more PTO, etc.)
