Pros
Many of the workers. I believe very safe employment environment as far a job security. As all government contractors, lay-offs do happen.
Cons
Good ole boy system. Inconsistent discipline system. Ethics is non-existent. Benefits continue to deteriorate. Promotions only come majority of the time if you change positions.
